TrueLine Vantage Group LLC provides professional consulting services. Because these services involve time, expertise, and strategic analysis, the refund policy is defined as follows.
Strategy audit services are considered delivered once the analysis, review, or recommendations have been completed. These services are non-refundable after delivery.
Consulting sessions and advisory services are billed based on time or service agreements. Once a session or consultation has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled.
Clients using ongoing consulting services may cancel before the next billing cycle. Services already delivered during the current billing period are not refundable.
If a client believes a service issue has occurred, they may contact the company for review. Requests may be evaluated individually at the sole discretion of TrueLine Vantage Group LLC.
Due to the consulting nature of our services, completed consulting sessions, strategy audits, and delivered advisory reports are generally non-refundable. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
